Hey, you guys have been a big help! You keep believing - there is nothing like being a fanatic for your football team. This is Florida, the greatest state in the country for football. There is plenty of room at the table!
Hey, we don't have an OCS either and can't fill the one we play in. It will all come with time. We all just have to be patient and until then -- Believe!

What do ticket prices run, & are tickets usually easy to get? Also, my son will be joining the team this year, & do the players get tickets issued to them?

That's what we heard also. 4 tickets per home game, and 2 tickets per away game...

Per "www.Tulsaworld.com" "During a weight-lifting session on Friday, Oklahoma State wide receiver Artrell Woods sustained what is believed to be a possibly career-threatening lower-back injury. He reportedly lost his balance while lifting, and the weights came down on his lower back."
"A 6-foot-1, 195-pound sophomore from Bryan, Texas, Woods was among OSU's top performers during the spring-practice period. In the Orange-White game in April, he totaled four receptions for 111 yards and two touchdowns. Expected to be a starter for the Cowboys this season, Woods was viewed as having the potential to become an impact player."

Wow, that is pretty serious. ESPN didn't disclose the injury. Hopefully he recovers quickly and can return to the field if not this fall next year.
GO OWLS!!!

Looking ahead to 2008 against Michigan State. I think there is a large alumni association in Chicago. Chicago is about 3 hours from East Lansing, MI. Hopefully we can get a good turn out there. I'm not sure but the trees might be changing color at that time up there.
There is only 2 OOC games posted for 2008, so far that is one I will be going to. Its a little over 5 hours away. Maybe there will be another one nearby when they finish the schedule.
I will be at the UK game this year.

Michigan State is an awesome atmosphere and a beautiful campus. The fans sometimes get a little rowdy, but it is all in good fun. Game days in East Lansing are an excellent experience. If you attend, you will not be disappointed. I might try to make it myself since I have an MSU connection.
GO OWLS!!!

Western Kentucky's official web site says the Owls will play there in 2008 and at FAU in 2009. The site also says FAU will play at Western Kentucky every even year through 2016, and Western Kentucky will play at FAU every odd year through 2015. This seems to assume, of course, that the teams will be in the Sun Belt all those years. The link: www.wkusports.com/pdf/FutureWKUFootballSchedules.pdf

BlazerTalk broke the news yesterday that FAU and UAB have agreed to a 4 year deal in football.
2009 @ FAU 2010 @ UAB 2011 @ UAB 2012 @ FAU
Hope the series is great for both schools.
