In an effort to steer this thread in the proper direction, here's an observation with questions concerning the InnVillage & Nest: The "University Commons" area off Glades is FAU property correct? If so, then how did that get built so darn quick? Oh yeah, here's another question...where is the revenue going? At $35.00 a sq/ft minumum rent, couldn't that be used as start-up money for the village (It was suppose to go to housing in the first place). I just want to know why the Innovation Village & Stadium is taking so long to even finalize, much less built, when something like this was done in the past. Sorry to sound negative, but I want my Nest! -GO OWLS! This is a guess, the financial statement of the FAU Foundation has rent revenue disclosed. I don't have it infront of me and I don't remember how much. If this is going to the Foundation, I believe that would exclude it from anything other than Foundation purposes.
