Blaming the hurricane? WEAK!
Buzz Williams resigned his position at New Orleans on Friday, leaving the Privateers program without a head coach as the July recruiting period gets underway. According to sources here at the LeBron James Skills Academy, Williams is leaving to be an assistant on Tom Crean's staff at Marquette.
Voice messages left by CBS SportsLine.com on the cell phones of Williams and Crean were not immediately returned.
Williams finished 14-17 in one season at New Orleans and earned an off-season victory of sorts when guard Bo McCalebb withdrew from the NBA Draft and opted to return to college. Still, the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina has continued to limit Williams' ability to succeed, and sources said that's the primary reason he's decided to move on.

what spot would Bo play in the NBA? i know hes a great rebounder on the college level - due to his speed to be able to outrun peopple to the spot, etc - but he doesnt have an outside shot...im puzzled as to what he would offer an NBA team? he could run point, but what could he offer past that?
